Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, product launches, sales events, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Shipping Time

Standard shipping usually takes 7-14 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that shipping time is an estimate and may vary depending on your location, carrier service, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other delays outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation

After your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.

Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Latte is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@dearlatte.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has started processing.

Delayed Packages

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, but delays can happen.

If your package has not arrived after 14 business days from the shipping date, please contact us at support@dearlatte.com with your order number, and we will help check the status.

Lost Or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check around your delivery area, mailbox, front desk, parcel locker, neighbors, or local carrier office.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at support@dearlatte.com so we can review the issue.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local handling charges. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs processing may also affect delivery time.

Order Splitting

Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on item availability, warehouse location, or carrier requirements. If this happens, items may arrive at different times.
